Start-Up Loan
Our Start-Up Loan is a special facility designed for teachers and personnel who already hold a permanent or regular appointment but are not yet part of the APDS payroll system.

Yes, you can! Even if you don't have a payslip yet, as long as you have a regular appointment, you can still apply for our Start-Up Loan. This allows you to access financial assistance while waiting for your payroll enrollment.
Teaching and non-teaching personnel with a regular appointment are qualified to apply. Applicants may choose between our APDS Loan (for those with payroll deductions) or Start-Up Loan (for those not yet included in the payroll system).
